Curo Compensation Management

Our pricing has two components: Professional Service fees and Annual License fees.

Professional Service fees

Professional Service fees as based on a documented scoped of services. Curo Professional Services staff work with clients via scoping workshops to understand and document scope of services. These workshops define the software configuration including, but not limited to, scheme complexity, underlying rules, eligibility criteria, approval hierarchy, data import, test support, employee letter requirements and renewal support.

Annual license fees

  • Annual license fees are based on a per employee (included in the comp review process) per annum fee structure. Unit rates decrease with scale as the employee population increases.
  • Clients can opt for fixed price PS fees, based on a fixed scope.
  • Year 1 PS fees and annual renewal fees can be paid at time of delivery of services or blended with license fees over the term of the contract [3 year as standard]

Pay Equity Support

We offer 2 levels of support for CURO Pay Equity

Level 1: Product On-Boarding Support

Dedicated 1-to-1 support from our product support specialists to guide the client through the initial set-up, functional training and follow up questions.

  • Focused on how to use the product
  • 4-hours of Product On-Boarding Support are included in the annual license fee and additional hours are available at $100 per hour

Level 2: Consulting Services Support

Dedicated 1-to-1 support from our reward specialists on how to use the solution to meet pay audit or pay equity goals.

Support can include:

  • Agreeing the goals of the pay audit and the definition of what pay parity means for the organization
  • Identifying what data is required for to meet pay analysis goals
  • How to use the solution to meet these goals
  • 2-hours of Consulting Services Support are included in the annual license fee and additional hours are available at $300 per hour

Advanced Consulting Services Support

10-hours of 1-to-1 support during your first pay equity analysis.

Support can include:

  • Collecting and preparing your data for analysis
  • Undertaking initial pay equity analysis
  • Providing an executive summary pack covering raw pay gaps/equal pay cohort analysis/statistical analysis/pay remediation and recommendations
  • Building a process for ongoing analysis to be self-managed
  • This 10-hour package of Consulting Services Support is $2,500 and additional hours are available at $300 per hour

Additional support available via our Consulting Partner Network

We have a large network of international partner consultants for clients that have additional consulting needs such as:

  • Legal advice relative to any specific
  • Pay Equity legislation
  • Job sizing/evaluation support
  • D&I actions required to close pay gap
